In this section you will find information about North and North East Lincolnshire Dermatology, including our mission statement, our team, our performance and have your questions answered using our FAQS.

North and North East Lincolnshire Dermatology is run by HCRG Care Group on behalf of North and North East Lincolnshire Clinical Commissioning Group. We provide patients with access to high quality dermatology service for patients registered with Lincolnshire East and Lincolnshire West GP Surgeries

We provide consultation, advice and treatment from consultants, specialist GPs and specialist nurses for a wide range of dermatological problems (skin complaints).

Our community dermatology service is consultant led and accepts referrals for patients of all ages.

All referrals are triaged with some conditions seen initially by our nurse specialist, who is supported by the consultant.

Teledermatology

We also accept Teledermatology referrals. Teledermatology involves referring an image of the skin of a patient, with consent, together with relevant history of the condition to a clinician for advice. Where possible a treatment plan will be returned to the referring GP, other possible outcomes would be a face to face appointment with a specialist in the Dermatology Service including a  minor procedure appointment or onward referral to secondary care arranged.

The service is provided from fully equipped premises with equipment suitable for assessing and treating Dermatology patients and is fully registered with the Care Quality Commission.
